UDAAN ~ WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Awareness is like sun, when it shines, it transforms lives!
On the occasion of International Women's day 2018, Sneh Samarpan Foundation started a new campaign named 'UDAAN' for empowering women.

SSF’s initiative ‘Udaan’ is an effort to enable, equip and empower girl child and women with quality education, proper nutrition, good health, adequate skills, and above all a lot of self-confidence to help them live their lives to their fullest potential.
This is also a step towards sensitizing the civil society at large and helping create a girl child/women friendly society to help her thrive.
Let us all come forward and join hands to give wings to her dreams. Empower, educate, and make her strong to stand her own ground and shine in her efforts.
FINANCIAL LITERACY AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS
Sneh Samarpan Foundation organised its first women awareness camp for the underprivileged women and girls of Chandrashekhar Azad Nagar Bhilwara make them aware of government schemes and financial literacy.

Since then, there has been no looking back and we have continued to put in our utmost efforts in order to make women and girls aware about how to spend and invest the money they earn in order to maximise its value.

The main benefit of financial literacy is that it empowers people to make smart financial decisions. It provides the knowledge and skills needed to manage money effectively—budgeting, saving, borrowing, and investing. This means that the women are now better equipped to reach their financial goals and achieve financial stability.
SELF-HELP GROUPS (SHGs): Tie-n-Dye & Block Printing
Under the campaign UDAAN, Sneh Samarpan Foundation organized a women awareness camp for creating Self-Help Group and Women Empowerment in Karera, Rajasthan.

Sneh Samarpan Foundation’s women empowerment programme has successfully made a difference in the lives of more than 100 underprivileged women and adolescent girls. Project under this programme was designed to uplift the women in the society, especially the ones who are less privileged, making them capable to lead a life of dignity.

We started with the training of Tie-n-Dye and Block printing which benefited these women to become self-sustainable. Once these women got perfect in this training, they were given a platform to convert it into a business by connecting them to local markets.
