CONNECTING BENEFICIARIES
Our main focus is empowering the Pregnant women with:-
1) Creating awareness for the importance of antenatal care (ANC) and support from ASHA.
2) Mothers are connected with local government healthcare programs and are trained and counselled on any kind of health issues, and adoption of healthy practices.
3) For the financially disadvantaged mothers, we also support them to access maternity benefits provided by the government.
We also connect underprivileged children and their communities to the government healthcare facilities.

ERADICATING ANAEMIA
We aim to eradicate Anaemia among adolescents and pregnant women. Haemoglobin levels were recorded between 6-11 gm/dl (decilitre) as opposed to ideal levels of 11-16 gm/dl (decilitre).
Beneficiaries with mild anaemia caused due to malnutrition or iron deficiency in body, were benefitted from jaggery-chana diet. However, if anaemia was due to any other reason other than malnutrition or if anaemia is severe, they were connected with health experts and educated on adequate medication for treatment.
